MOTD Idea

I haven't seen an MOTD when I join. I am not sure if it is just a client-side issue for me or if there isn't an MOTD. But anyways I suggest an MOTD for anyone that is new to HL2RP and doesn't know how it works. Sure there is admins but if an admin isn't on then you can have other players but if they are all new then it would be an issue and knowing most people if they join a new gamemode and they don't know how to work it, it will become boring really fast and they won't play HL2RP.

Hl2rp dun have a MOTD :3

This Is just an idea. Even having one on the loading screen would work, it doesn't matter if hl2rp doesn't use an MOTD this is RaRG HL2RP
